2. Platform-Specific Refund Policies

2.1 Apple App Store Purchases

For purchases made through the Apple App Store:

  • We cannot process refunds directly for Apple App Store purchases
  • To request a refund, please visit Apple's support page:Apple Refund Support
  • Apple will review your request and process the refund if approved
  • Refunds granted by Apple will be automatically detected in our system

2.2 Google Play Store Purchases

For purchases made through the Google Play Store:

  • Active subscriptions can be refunded directly through our system
  • Refunds will immediately revoke access to the subscription
  • Refunds are processed for the last purchase only
  • Refunds granted by Google may take up to 24 hours to be detected in our system

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to premium content
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service unavailability for an extended period
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

4. Refund Process

4.1 Requesting a Refund

  • Submit refund request within 14 days of purchase
  • Include your account email and transaction details
  • Specify the platform used for purchase (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Web)
  • Provide reason for refund request

4.2 Refund Processing

  • We will review your request within 3 business days
  • Processing time varies by platform:
    • Google Play: Immediate processing
    • Apple App Store: Follow Apple's processing timeline
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after 14 days from purchase
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription time
  • Refunds for subscription cancellations
  • Refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with content

6. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds in special circumstances such as:

  • Extended service outages
  • Significant changes to premium features
